MCC employs officers who are registered in terms of section 11 of the security officers act 1987.

These officers will have attained security courses offered by institutions which are PSIRA approved.

Over and above officers have to undergo a grilling interview session followed by a medical examination test and verification of the following:

  • Criminal record
  • Authenticity of qualifications

  • Managing of the security staff.

  •  Compilation of Monthly reports.

COMMUNICATION STRATEGY

To ensure effective communication MCC provide:  a two-way radio system  handsets for all officers on shift and over and above that we back it with Cell phones to communicate easily with the access controllers at all access points.
